Can Karumi join a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams call?
Short answer
Yes, Karumi can join any live call on Google Meet, Zoom, Teams or any other video call platform. It has full context on the product and use case, so it can jump in and respond to any question. You can choose when and how the Karumi agent jumps in the call to answer a question, so the interaction between the call members and the agent is seamless.
Which video call platforms does it work with?
Karumi’s call agent works in Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Webex, GoTo Meeting, RingCentral Video, and Zoho meeting. Any additional call platform can be integrated via a request to the engineering team.
How do you get it into the call?
There are 2 methods to make the agent join a call:
- Have the agent join every call you have: connect your calendar (google, microsoft, etc…) to the Karumi agent so it joins every call you have. You can also remove or add the agent to specific calls.
- Request the agent to join the call via a button in the Karumi platform.
What does it do once it’s in the call?
The Karumi Agent joins the call and acts as another person in the call. You can set up the agent to choose when it starts talking, whether it shares screen or not, kick it out, tell it to stop talking, etc…
Does someone from my team need to be on the call?
No. No one from your team needs to be on the call. The Karumi Agent can run a call on its own, interacting with the other person in the call, leading the conversation, answering any questions that may arise, and even share screen and take control of a browser.
Can my rep take the screen back?
Yes. The person who invited the Karumi Agent into the call can choose when the agent stops sharing screen, stop talking, and even kick them out of the call.
