How does the AI demo agent learn my product?
Short answer
Karumi has developed a proprietary algorithm that is able to scan the full product, however complex, through a swarm of AI agents. It not only learns how the product is structured, the different pages, features, but it also learns how the product should be demoed. It logs into your product and walks through every single page, pop-up, button, list, or element, going from screen to screen.
What type of products can the AI learn?
Our AI agent can learn every type of platform, from platforms that were designed 20 years ago to the newest agentic platforms.
Karumi can also learn any platform that has rich media, such as video, images, sound, or interactivity.
How does the agent understand the platform?
There are 3 different steps to understand the platform:
- We launch our swarm of agents to fully map your product. The agents understand what page they are currently in, then click through every single button they see, and understand where that button took them. Once the platform is fully mapped, we also use:
- Your knowledge of the product, including any public help/support documentation, website, pricing site, and any relevant publicly available information.
- Internal/confidential information that you are able to provide. Karumi is SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001 compliant.
How long does it take to have a demo ready?
It only takes a few hours to get a first version of the demo ready. After the first version, you can provide additional feedback to the agent through a chat, and the agent will take all of this feedback in and start implementing it.
The more feedback you are able to give, the better and more tailored the demo will be.
How much work is involved in creating a demo?
You can create a demo by just giving a username and password to Karumi. We don’t need anything else.
To improve and tailor the demo, the more feedback and material you are able to provide, the better the demo will be. But you can create a demo by just provisioning a username and password.
Who creates the agentic demo?
Karumi can build the demo autonomously.
We work best when collaborating, so we can implement any feedback, improvement or change. We also have a platform where any user can edit what the demo shows, says, instructions on how it shows everything, the start and meet page, or any CTA that will be used in the demo.
How does the agent adapt to a changing product and keep the demo current?
The demos run on a sandbox of your product, so any product update or pop-up does not break the demo.
We also scan your platform every day to see if the product has changed, and if it has, we include this change in the sandbox version of the product.
