Given it’s a live AI demo, the prospect can interrupt it at any time and ask any question. Our agent adapts to the new question and shows it the relevant product feature.
Is it live?
Yes, it is live. The agent takes control of a real browser that is already logged in to your product, and clicks through the platform in the same way a person would.
Is it a click-through tour or a script?
It is not a click-through tour. It is a live AI agent, but the prospect can stop and interrupt the agent at any point to ask any question. Our agent adapts to the new question and shows it the relevant product feature.
You can also choose what parts of the platform you want to show, and the agent drives the call in the same way a sales engineer would, with full knowledge of the product and showing only the parts of a platform that have been approved.
Real product or mock-up?
This decision is up to you. Karumi can work with a real product and fake demo data, or we can create an offline replica with fake data.
An offline replica means the demo never breaks, as any product update or pop up is not registered in the offline replica.
